  • Pre-meeting questionnaire

  • 90 minute first meeting

  • Full health history

  • Health Goals

  • Identify what you should be addressing to reach these goals

  • Action plan for the next 2 weeks

  • Follow up report with personalised advice and plan

  • 1:1 meeting every 2 weeks to discuss progress and agree next steps (total of 6 additional meetings)

  • Recipe suggestions 

  • Resource suggestions

  • Accountability and encouragement 

  • Working through the 6 pillars

  • Support via email throughout the 12 weeks
